Support Level Options
Our fully inclusive service – offers 12 months of onsite support irrespective of the number of callouts. This is the service the majority of our customers use as they need problems fixed no matter what is required with no unexpected costs. For our fully inclusive maintenance customers, we also offer remote support allowing our engineers to monitor and correct problems within minutes, maximising customer productivity.
Our retainer option – guarantees a 4 or 24-hour response time at a fixed monthly fee. Standard engineer rates apply while on-site. This is ideal for companies with some in-house knowledge, but who need our expertise immediately when required.
On Demand – Motherboard also provides an on-demand callout service, which is predominantly for smaller companies that may occasionally require our technical expertise. This can be charged on an hourly or daily basis and is subject to a queuing system with our maintenance contract-holders taking priority.
In-house – Alternatively, we can easily repair equipment in-house for a standard fee. We respond very promptly and have systems back in working order either on the same day or the next day in most cases.
