Microsoft Office 365

Office 365 is the future of office productivity and collaboration tools.

Office 365 is the subscription software that is at the heart of Microsoft's Exchange Online offering - which is the way in which emails are now delivered and sent by most companies and many individuals.

We know that moving to the cloud can certainly be a big decision for any business. Here are some reasons to migrate to O365:

Generate greater productivity with Office 365

Productivity is a great word that management-consultant types love to use. In the real world though, productivity can be summed up in a simple question: Can you do my job easier or not? Microsoft has invested heavily and spent a tremendous amount of time trying to make the user and administrator experiences of Office 365 as easy and simple as possible.

Don’t worry about servers and maintenance

Office 365 Emails are held in the cloud and delivered directly to your device (PC, tablet, phone) and you no longer need a server to direct your emails.  It allows you to access your email from anywhere on any device using only your username and password.

Always up to date

With Office 365, you’ll also have access to the latest versions of Office (depending on plan purchased) at no additional charge. You’ll get the latest and greatest features without having to uninstall and reinstall Office on everyone’s machines. In addition, Microsoft is constantly making upgrades to features across programs – you’ll get access to those, too. Office 365 means that companies always use the latest version without the need to implement major migration projects or to provide significant resources. The latest Office, Exchange, SharePoint or Skype for Business (now Microsoft Teams) product is always available. And this is precisely why the company should choose Office 365.

Security and Stability

Encrypted email: This keeps anyone other than the intended recipient from reading your email.

Data Loss Prevention: This is a set of policies that checks and prevents sensitive information from leaving your organization via email.

Office 365 plans

Choose the perfect match for you

There are several different Office 365 business plans available with different programs and features. Not everyone in your company is going to need the exact same thing. You can mix and match plans, so you don’t have to pay for more than you need. It’s easy to switch between plans, too, if you find that an employee needs more or less than what they have now.

Microsoft gives you the option to choose between business plans, which has a large variety of other options and the home plan.

Office 365 Setup & Migration

We buy the Office 365 for you, setup & migrate and support you to the moon and back.

After deciding together what type of Office 365 is most suitable for you, we will start the setup and migration. All you have to do is sit back and relax.

There is a once-off cost for the installation and implementation of Office 365. This covers the work we do to carry out the email setup, configuration and migration. We will be migrating your existing Outlook emails to the cloud, without affecting email traffic, so that your existing emails will still be available to you on your new cloud-based Outlook accounts.

It is worth knowing that Office 365 will not work with the earlier versions of Office - such as Office 2003, Office 2007, Office 2010 and soon Office 2013.  At this stage, you should not be running any of these versions of Office (two of which are now well out-of-date and one that is just going end-of-life).

If you are not already on Office 365, now is the time to start the ball rolling!  It is the only way to go!
