We ensure that the foundations are solid before going any further. Following an initial no-obligation consultation, we will advise you if there are any critical issues that need to be resolved or equipment that needs to be replaced. We will let you know exactly what needs to be done and why, and how much it will cost.

Our Service Level Agreement includes on site calls for essential and preventative maintenance, remote monitoring and troubleshooting of your network from our technical team, and 9am – 5.30pm telephone support, leaving you to free to stop worrying about day-to-day IT issues and focus on what you do best – running your business!

Support Level Options:

Our fully inclusive service

Our Fully Inclusive Service offers 12 months of onsite support irrespective of the number of callouts. This is the service the majority of our customers use as they need problems fixed with no unexpected costs. For our fully inclusive maintenance customers, we also include remote support allowing our engineers to monitor and correct problems within minutes, maximising customer productivity.

In this agreement we include Monitor IT for your server and pc's. This ensures that your server and pc's are monitored and up-to-date in relation to software and anti-virus protection at all times. We proactively guard your IT infrastructure against any problems. Monitor IT constantly and automatically monitors every aspect of your IT infrastructure and reports back to both the Motherboard engineering team and you.

The Fully inclusive package will give you complete peace of mind, knowing your IT systems are working in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Remote Support Only

For our Remote Support Only Service, we provide remote/telephone support which covers all telephone support calls and remote interventions by our engineers, no matter how often you need to contact us.  With this option, if we need to call-out to your premises then there will be an extra charge for this based on the duration of the call-out.

Also, as in our Fully Inclusive Service, Monitor IT is part of the contract.

Server Support Only

Server Fully Inclusive

Server Fully Inclusive Support Service offers 12 months of onsite server support irrespective of the number of callouts. 

Server Remote Support Only

This service offers 12 months of server Remote Support Only, irrespective of the number of calls.
